I'll throw a very similar solution in the mix here in case anyone is curious,
I've been using Allstays Camp & RV with HERE Maps on iOS to achieve the same thing. The coordinates can be copied right out of the Allstays Camp & RV app into HERE Maps search field. HERE Maps lets you download state by state or the entire country. I think Arizona is just shy of 200MB for offline mapping. The turn by turn directions have yet to fail me.
