Advice wanted:96 Dodge Ram 3500

Asking for advice\input. Its a 96 Dodge 3500 van. Has the super high top with the wheelchair lift still installed(I want this so bad its affecting my judgement lol- the high top not the lift). 90000 miles. Engine is 360 5.9L. Body looks decent, can't see rust on body but not sure underneath. It seems perfect for me @3000.00.

Now, what do I need to know, ask? I was a computer guy not a mechanic. Any quirks with these 3500 vans? Thnx in advance!

dodge has an issue with front suspension and frame rust,if that checks out it sounds like a great deal

Going to see it Tomm @noon. Will look underneath for rust, not to sure of what parts to look at, but if its all rusted out I would think it would be kinda apparent? Let's hope it solid!

its common for a vehicle to have basic surface rust underneath but when it starts looking like this

this is from a 03 dodge van and is bad news
