81 GMC Brougham class B Ideas?

Well the people with the Toyota C never called me. I haven't figured out how to post a link. I think I type the address in but I don't know where to type it. This GMC is Craigs list under Dallas. This has been here before but I think they did some work on it. It's really old and the air doesn't work but I love the look of it.
I could put maybe 2 k in it but is it worth it. I would want the air working, what do you think?

They also sold rigs like this under the name TransVan. Most of them on a Dodge Chassis, but I have seen them under chevy as well.
