With our [size=large]2018 van-travelhttps://www.van-tramp.com/wp/2018-travels/ plans complete for the year, I’ve gone ahead and updated my all-inclusive travel map. If you are like me, things like this interest you. The map is available on Google Maps for the viewers to tinker with, feel free.

See the brown line in the above image for the 2018 year. Of course, Kerri will chime in to inform me that it is not actually “brown” but some other shade of a shade, but I’m sticking with my man-colors; Brown.
As we planned way back in 2016, we stuck to the West Coast the entire year. Finally spending a proper amount of time (5000 miles worth) in our home state of California, it is safe to say we never have to return now – thankfully. Oregon did not get the same treatment, but hanging out on the Oregon-coast for a month was great. We found a ton of great boondocking and stayed cool during the hottest month of the year. And finally, loitering for two months for the boat sale to finalize allowed us to really get out and see every inch of the north west corner of Washington.
We do plan to leave Washington before the end of the year – hopefully to meetup with friends/family in the South West for the new year celebrations. I will include those miles in the 2019 travel map.
