3-2-1 cake

I can't take credit for the recipe but am hoping some one can adapt it since I won't have a microwave when I start camping.<br>The Mix:&nbsp; One box angel food cake....&nbsp; (it has the eggs and stuff you would normally need for a cake)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; One box of your choice cake mix<br>One zip lock bag...&nbsp; Empty contents of both mixes in zip lock and mix well.<br><br>One custard cup, spray with pam<br><br>3 tbs mix<br>2 tbs water<br>pour in custard cup<br>1 minute in micro wave.<br><br>Whallla!!!!&nbsp; One serving of cake.<br><br><br>Now how do I do this without a microwave.&nbsp; <br>I think I could place the custard cup in boiling water on the solo set up for one minute.... <br><br>Any ideas here? <br>Thanks

<P>Sounds good and easy.
