2020 RTR

I am planning on driving with my travel trailer from Northern Virginia to the RTR in January 2020 and am looking to hook up with others doing the same from this area.  A caravan sounds like a good idea.

Welcome to the CRVL forums Rob! Planning early is a good idea but you should probably post again in December. One of the common sayings among vandwellers and RV travelers is all plans are made in jello. :-D For now, you could host a small gathering in a public campground near you and get to know some potential travel mates.

To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

You are off on a great adventure! Good for you. There are some Facebook and some other places to find other nomads. Try RVillage. When you create a profile there, you can indicate the area you are in and then you can see others that are near you. You can also find groups with similar interest as you. It is a good site.
