2016 Nissan NV3500HD SL (top of the line except for no leather seats) with 27,000 (90+% highway)miles. Now that we've paid off the loan(!!!), we can put her on the market. The clear title should arrive within a week or so. Van is now in Southern New Mexico and we'll be bringing her to the RTR if she is not sold before then.
20 months and 73,000 miles remaining on original (5yr/100,00mile) bumper-to-bumper factory warranty. Here is a long, detailed (not inclusive) list. I'll add things as I remember them:

Full sized bed with 6inch memory foam mattress along with mattress pad and sheets
Hinged storage compartments on each side of bed (approx 7 cubic feet total)
4.6cu/ft Truckfridge
440 watts solar on Vantech roofrack with 200ah of battery (room for 300ah)
Rear stainless steel ladder with stainless antenna pole holder
Blueskies 3000i charge controller
1100w Kriëger 110v inverter along with 400w factory installed inverter (the latter using 80ah engine battery)
120v NOCO 13amp AC powerplug port inlet plug on outside of van with integrated extension cord inside
CTEK D250s DC to DC charger with SmartPass
18.5" x 20.5" x 10" deep stainless sink in full sized solid wood base cabinet with flip-up work surface
Well insulated floor, walls and ceiling
Standing room at 5'11" (originally 6'4" prior to insulation)
Fantastic Vent overhead fan with hood
BearExtender Outdoor RV &Marine high powered USB WiFi extender antenna for PC (installed on outside fan hood)
24" built-in TV/monitor
weBoost Drive 4G-S cell phone signal booster in unopened original box-along with Wilson directional flag-type antenna-never used
Opening marine portholes (2) with screens in rear doors
Three closing floor vents
Noico sound deadening mat generously on all inside surfaces of van
CRLaurence window on sliding door
Multiple 12v cabin lights (including on each side of bed)
Multiple USB and 12v outlets (including on each side of bed)
Storage galore-cabinets above bed, both sides of van
V-Line Slide-Away quick access security safe (handgun sized)
Three 4-foot sliding drawers (500lb capacity each) under bed (you are able to sit up straight on the elevated bed
Folding Bike Friday New World Tourist bicycle (excellent condition) in dedicated sliding bike drawer (can fit two bikes together in the drawer-have pix of that)
Tekonsha Prodigy P3 trailer brake controller
7 pin factory plug and towing package (9100lb), including auxiliary transmission cooler and extra leaf springs
Two 100 watt portable solar panels (one is a Renogy foldable solar suitcase kit, the other Dokio)
Dedicated space underbed for porta potty (or luggable loo)
Additional maximum legal window tinting
In-channel front window vent deflectors
Covercraft custom fit front window sunscreen (gold)
Tires in great shape due to me driving like an old lady (as I am) and my hypermiling
Meticulous service records/all done at Nissan dealerships
Has been kept only (except for a one-month trip to Florida) in Desert Southwest-no salt exposure and never any rust. There have been NO mechanical/maintenance issues/problems.
We converted this van originally for full-time living for the two of us. Then Hubby built his own NV2500 conversion for his own traveling. After two years we have ended up exclusively using his van for our wanderings, leaving this van unused (and still making payments on it!). It is obviously a home-built conversion, but we spared little expense on most items.
I have a thread on the Nissannvforum
which detailed much of the build "New camper conversion in Tucson" in the conversions forum (I'm DesertTed) . Lots of photos but you have to register to see them. There are plenty of posts with pix that I've made here on CRVL regarding modifications on both vans (and trailer).
The two group 27 100ah batteries are 3 years old. The third developed a short and has been removed, but the current batteries run the fridge easily overnights with the existing solar panels. When the batteries are replaced you can add back the third battery into its existing dedicated box.
The price is firm.
I have a Word document with multiple photos. If you wish to see the photos, please PM me with your email address.
