As Bullfrog alludes to, any 2003 vehicle that has lived its life on Long Island, NY smack in the middle of the nations rust belt is going to have rust.
The tracker is extremely rust prone due to its "economical" construction. Perhaps it came from out of the area and it is truly in "excellent" condition? Might be worth it if it is indeed excellent.
Buyer Beware is 100% applicable on that one...
