(I have no connection to the seller; this vehicle showed up in FB Marketplace for me because it's just a few miles away.)
This one's not a grab-it-and-go by any means, but maybe there's someone out there who's been looking for an RV like this and has the time/resources to put into it.

For those who don't have FB, here's some of the info:
1976 GMC transmode 23' - $1,500
*NO WHEELS/TIRES. MUST BE HAULED. PLEASE READ THIS AD THOROUGHLY BEFORE REPLYING ASKING IF THIS IS A RUNNING, COMPLETE RV. 23 foot. Non-running (seized engine) 455 olds, but all parts there (ran until one potential buyer overheated the engine). Transmission had been rebuilt/gone through for HD RV use. Stripped interior transmode, ready for your own build. Insulation has been started. Both bumpers are included (though not attached or in pics) and not bent. Clear Title. Bring cash, 4x 16" wheels to roll it and a tow truck! Sold as-is, where is. Check out yourself. NO TRADES!!! 127K miles on chassis. Price is OBO (if you have read this far, then you know what these are and are interested enough to make a "reasonable" offer)
