I bought this for my own project, no longer needed. In very good condition except for bed area. Water leak requires bed area to be rebuilt. Has Dometic fridge, oven works, tanks hold water, leveling jacks. $1000.

And don't forget, the UV rays and desert air are not kind to plastic. You'll be replacing everything often.

I haven't had a problem pulling it so far, I've been dragging it around for a couple of years now. Dragging is the right word, it pulls like a parachute. The utility box on the front is a new addition though.

I love Yurts. Very warm in the wet/cold weather. Their shape deflects the wind well and they are cool in the heat. However, the setup is a pain, and you sure better have friends around when you do it. Definitely not a one-man operation.

I'm in the Phoenix area. I've been delayed by a couple of days, hoping to be there on Wednesday or Thursday. Had an issue with the floor of the trailer from some earlier water damage. Am replacing the floor rather than risk falling through it, and that requires taking most everything out...

Brown to brown. side lights do not come on at all. They are regular incandescent.
