hallo ich komme aus Argentinien aber lebe in der Schweiz... aber wie lange noch - gerne würde ich in den USA RV full-time machen...

Imagine you stayed and didn't follow your dreams and like in 15 or 20 years your grandson finds out about your RV dream you gave up for him and he would go and say (when you're 62 or 67) "oh grandma why didn't you do it, you should have gond and followed your dream! I would have been OK."

Hola Popeye, nice name you have! I think Spain are a lot more relaxed and the French should not be too bad. My plan is when I work near Geneva, to stay then in the French border, there is one big parking that belongs to a Lebanese restaurant and they are easy going.

I don't leave it over night but instead I put white vinager to help the soaking process like for 10 or 15 min and then rinse it several times. I didn't know about the over night though

Thanks good to know I am so far the first member from Switzerland, may be one day soon there will be more -hope so  :D I really can't wait to do the RV life (more than here) in your country where wild camping is permitted because nobody owns the planet  :rolleyes:

Thank you for your note. I guess in the USA you have so many more RV brand, types and sizes than here. Before buying it I spent some time on the internet and then visited one shop near Bern. The week after I visited the one in Lausanne, I went into the RV and immediately after I felt something...

Thanks for your info. Born in Patagonia and "transplanted" (as you said  ;)  ) in London, Hamburg, Trier, Luxembourg, France and inevitability Switzerland. I'll get the RV in about 10 days and I can't wait but also to be honest I feel a mixture of excitement with little fear...
