Help us set up our solar please!

Their profile says "Austin, TX". I am not even close, and even if I was, I would be of no help with this... sorry. If I were you, TheKarmaVan, I would save some money and get a proper 12V fridge/freezer. Every youtube that has a Whynter, Engel, Dometic says that this was the best investment...

    having a BBAADD week

IanC, poor dogs!! Out of my approx. 15 domestic flights, I had problems with 95% of them (lost luggage, delays ranging from 3 hrs to 14 hrs, cancellations, etc).

2 x 6V in Series: Capacity reduced or Not?

Hey y'all, You guys know I don't know anything about electrical. So, here is a question that started bothering me today... Let's pretend I have two 6V Golf Cart batteries (Duracell SLIGC125) that are each labelled with a 20Hr capacity of 235 AH. Also, let's pretend I wire them in series...

    Stealth grey water emptying?

Stupid question, as I am totally new to grey/black water: where is it legal?

    Hey, from Portland Oregon.

Hey welcome!! Looks like your rig is pretty much ready! I'd probably install a backup camera to tell how many freaks are trying to steal your bike. I had a KTM Duke back in the old days, but gave up as I got tired of watching out for cars that wouldn't see me.

1993 Ford Club Wagon (Juanita born again)

The following vandweller does a pretty good job in explaining how to make a good tint. He has been working as a professional window tinter for many years... He had some tricks and tips I was not aware of.

Nice! Will stealth be a factor for you, or are you keeping the outward facing side of the Reflectix shiny?

Color of Van Effect on Inside Temp

Got this idea from a "crazy grandma"... SUNSHIELD paint. This is white paint with ceramics that is supposed to block up to 95% of solar heat. I think this could help a lot if painting the van roof with it. The reviews are speaking of a significant effect.

    How dangerous without venting batteries?

I will vent my batteries. Hearing from others, the chances of an explosion are very small, but like SternWake pointed out I don't think it is healthy to breathe hydrogen. I got this for venting my battery box, which is yet to be installed:
