I just popped in to update this post, I sold the Honey RV back in June 2018. someone made and offer and, the number was right! lol had both knees replaced this year January and Sept 2018, and just started back adventuring. I am out and about in my 1970 vw westy bus. just part timing...

Hello,  I am 6' 7" and still learning, but thought I would ask if there are any Van Dwellers out there that are taller and living this lifestyle? any mods to your rigs, such as bed placement?  adding or buying a van with a high top? Im sure there are other things that I havent thought of.  ...

I scored this Springfield Analog Weather Station at the local Goodwill for $2 Think it goes good with the decor.

Thanks for the input... I had a friend that had extra1/2" white pex that he wasnt using and he gave me about 90' So hope I can get this finished by the weekend.

LOL  I totally understand that...   I just got back from Maggie Valley and Cherokee for the weekend.  I have some plumbing work to do now.  I am replacing all my Polybutylene with Pex this week. old fittings are breaking down to much.

Hey everyone...  still rolling the '87 Honey and ran into a leak this time.  It seems the gray Polybutyle pipe fittings are getting brittle... had 2 bust on me last week. I will be replacing it all with PEX.   So my question is...   current lines are 3/8" Poly. Would moving up to 1/2" Pex...

I venture to alot of VW shows,  in the Instagram photos you can see a 1966 vw I toad to a show... have since sold it. I have a 1970 VW Westy Camper that I picked up and have been working on.
