Anybody having any luck getting a hold of Bluetti Support? I have been trying for 2 months, no reply's from numerous emails. Phone support is useless, always says mailbox is full. Reddit and other Social media sites are seeing posts with the same theme.

    How do you handle storms

Ya, a rotor cloud, you do know Boulder. Fastinating work you did, sounds like you must have enjoyed it. I worked for the Data Center in Pod B, NGDC back then, NCEI now. My wife still works there, the only think keeping us here at the moment. Be safe, might se you out and about.

    How do you handle storms

Cosmick, I have lived in Boulder coming up on 40 years, we have never had what is called "Chinook" winds that high. We do have pretty consistent winds near 100mph quite often, in 1981 they hit over 130. This last January we had 110mph winds that helped fuel the fire that burnt through 2 towns...

    Don't buy Lectric Ebike

They want $100, their cost probably $20. If you scan the Electric bike forums you will see some people have had to replace 2 - 3 controllers in a single year. Obviously a known issue. Would not trust a dishonest company.

    Don't buy Lectric Ebike

Not a word, even tried HOWA. Howa gave the Lectric company speel, profit margins, supply chain issues, blah, blah. Kinda dissapointed in HOWA, did not think they would turn "Corporate" but it appears they did. Just an FYI, if you go to an Electric bike forum and put in Lectricxp you will see...

    Don't buy Lectric Ebike

Thx for the reply. There was zero abuse, I am a retired System Admin, I KNOW electronics. I am glad somebody agrees with my situation, they could have easily sent a new controller, their cost probably less than $50, my cost $100. Why would you be so cheap? As I said, they probably have zero...

    Don't buy Lectric Ebike

    Don't buy Lectric Ebike

Hello, I am sorry to go against Bob's recommendation but in this case I feel I need to. I purchased an Lectric bike 13 months ago, I have right at 100 miles on it. The battery controller is failing so I called Lectric to see if they could help. They said is was very rare that the controller...

    lectric ebike

Tx2sturgis, much appreciated, looks like I can just get enough energy to make this work. I do have 2 batteries so I will not be running them down very far, hopefully will not take much to bring them back up. Again, thanks for the help, was getting stressed out over this, you made my day.

    lectric ebike

Hey Sofisintown, thx for the reply. I am not good with math, can you help with that? The battery is a 48v, 10.5ah battery. Any idea how much power it would take to charge up? Thanks for the help.

    lectric ebike

Hello, just wanted to see if anyone has purchased one of the ebikes that Bob is recommending. I just received one, a Lectric ebike, and realized the batteries are 48v. Obviously I should  have done more research but I don't know how one would charge these as a nomad, most folks have smaller 12v...
