Thanks folks. I'm assuming high temps are in the 90s and it's a dry heat which I like. After years of St Louis and Kansas City summers I should be ok, but it's nice to know I can change that via altitude swap.

I wont have the money to buy that much polyiso until I get my pension check May 1 and hit the road. When I get to AZ (Sedona area) I'll have to buy and install it when I get there but the total installation might take me into June depending on how far I can stretch a dollar. So if it's overkill...

Thanks guys. I was worried about the freak arctic dip down there so hope it was a one time deal. It's on its way here in KC but I paid one more months rent. Looks like I'm good on the heating issue for my trip/cold desert nites which was a big concern. Can't wait to hit the road.

How efficient would the 4k-9k BTU Mr Buddy be in a 7x12 CT without insulation in Quartzite? I'll need a few days to get and install some polyiso on at least the ceiling when I get there but in the meantime will have to do without. I've got the small screw-on propane canisters and two full 20lb...

Thanks Patrick46. I'll probably make the drive.....could use a little road trip....and negotiate a lower price after I check it out. Probably see if he'll let a mechanic of my choosing look it over. My knowledge about automotive is very basic anyway so a mechanic will have to see it or no deal.
