Downsizing from 1 br apt. to 6'x4" Truck bed/camper

Hi. I know this is an old post, but wanted to tell you that I fear seeing family stuff in an antique store also. I have family heirlooms and photos I will not part with. Some furniture also. It is a horrible thought to think I will be browsing somewhere and see photos of my relatives! I am...

Can 2 adults be comfortable in a Pick-Up?

Thanks for the info. I am pretty sure we wouldn't build one but it is fun to think about. I think we would go the route of a plain old Cap for the back made for our Tacoma. I know it will be tight. Maybe a platform and /or 2 bunks that flip up on the side. We don't have an extended cab model so...

Education & Skills needed to work online from your Rig

Hi. I am interested in learning skills on how to work remotely. I do not know how to do this. I am a GenX introvert in the United States and formerly worked in the social services field but left due to burn out. Now with the pandemic, I am glad I did. What are some bare necessity types of skills...

Hi. I know this is an old post, but wanted to tell you I relate. I use an old digital also and learned how to do old school developing back in the day. I even have enlargers in my attic still lol.

    Hi again!

Hi Nature Lover. Thanks for the ideas. We actually do live in a smaller community and have a few relatives around here that could keep an eye on things. Just not sure how it would work for a month or two though.

    Hi again!

Hi there again. Re-introducing myself as I have been a member on this site, but have not visited for a few years.  Isn't it funny how life just gets in the way?  Resuming my research on camper dwelling now.  We are located in Wisconsin and might want to explore the possibility of doing road...
