Looking for a legal residential address in Arizona

You just have to be outside Phoenix or Tucson to dodge testing.

Looking for a legal residential address in Arizona

On the last van here in AZ my veteran plates cost more than the registration for 2 years and no added cost in inspection/testing. I want to say is the registration was a whopping $28 or so for my 97. It's partially based on year and value or something like that.

Looking for a legal residential address in Arizona

No. We're talking about renting space. The person renting the space is just like any other renter of any property. Their mail is delivered just like it is to any other tenant with no responsibility from the landlord. The idea of letting someone know they have mail is not the same as the...

Looking for a legal residential address in Arizona

Currently poking around the Arizona Revised Statutes to see what I can find. Haven't happened upon an issue that can't be handled via contract (so far). We would probably only do leases to those who show up in person anyways. Keep in mind, the person would truly be renting land and/or...

Looking for a legal residential address in Arizona

Just poked around a bit and found that this wouldn't fall under the Arizona Landlord and Tenant act. Which means the lease contract could basically be anything and no problems. Unless I'm missing something. Also, the land we are looking at is all no-wheres-ville unincorporated so no inspections...

The misses and I will be buying some land here in Arizona soon. Anyone have a good reason why we shouldnt "rent" the address to forum members?

Practical Self Defense For Everyone (including you)

Lenny, you have the wierdest way of agreeing with what I said ... And no, not illegal unless you live someplace where a regular knife would be an issue. Every Road - Most people have a Hollywood derived idea of fist fights. The type that last for several minutes. Just not reality. Sharon -...

Practical Self Defense For Everyone (including you)

Oh, this reminds me ... Thinking about defensive weapon options the other day I realized one I dismissed could be viable. Punch Daggers are not the most effective BUT are much easier to retain in the hand of someone with less hand strength. They don't slash well but anyone slashing doesn't know...

Practical Self Defense For Everyone (including you)

While a long and sharp hair pin is probably better than nothing it makes for a rather poor weapon. Even knife wounds dont hurt in the moment and they have a much higher probability of hitting vitals. It's also not going to be the easiest thing to see in the dark which means you attacker doesn't...

    Quietest Generator

Unless you want to run them all at once even the smallest inverter generator will cover those. Heck, you could spend the same on solar and power those without the paying for gas.

    Pots and pans on board

It will vary considerably depending on the person(s) and their cooking needs/wants. Personally, I find a 6" diameter double tall soup pot to be the most versatile. A minimalist could get away with one of those and one large frying pan. I think nesting/camping type sets are too much compromise...

    Batteries in a small van

Those Duracell deep cell units from Batteries+ are surprisingly good for the money. If we do an off-grid ranch again I'm going to use them for our power bank. That said, gotten away with Walmart cheepies so long as you aren't constantly taxing them.

    Quietest Generator

Okay, back one topic ... The answer to the question is an inverter generator. As far as which one, that depends on budget really. Assume more money spent is better though. Beyond that, boxes built for generators can: lower noise, redirect noise, and change tone. If asking for parking lot stealth...

Mr. Heater Buddy - too hot, high propane use

Used my buddy at nearly that elevation without issue. So long as the bottle wasn't ice cold it was just fine.
