I've got a fondness for it having grown up eating yuca, and yucca. My mother (being Peruvian) cooked a lot of dishes with it. My friends were caught a little off guard when I surprise fed them a dish with it.

Kate, we have some growing in our front yard, very pretty flower stalk when it's not covered with 3' of snow.. I havnt tasted it though.... Mabye if I get hungry enough...<img src="/images/boards/smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle">
