What's not to like about this!

Only thing missing is a router...

Why is there always a flashlight? Who uses that?

Definite potential here for someone who wants to build out their van while living in it, and maybe picking up the occasional handy man job.

Yeah, it isn't cheap. Wait till after Christmas, they'll be $299, and next year $199.

Not sure this thing would hold up to regular handyman duty.

I also thought flashlights included in these toolkits were filler garbage, but working construction jobs I use the one in my DeWalt kit all the time. For sanding drywall/paint, you have plastic everywhere, it gets hot, and those halogen work lights just make it hotter. It's much nicer to carry around an LED work light. Always need to see spots with light from different angles to see how it throws the light while sanding etc. Not to mention jobs when you end up working in a crawlspace or such.

The toolkit above is an interesting concept but I question if these items are really built for work.

well looks like cheap Chinese junk to me. however seeing how China just devalued their currency today(to screw us even more) if you wait a week it will be cheaper junk. I would not spend that much on an unknown power tool brand, hell their web site doesn't even work. highdesertranger

Compared to a drill or saw a flashlight is about as simple as it gets, a few plastic pieces, a switch and a bulb. By throwing that in the manufacturer can bump the number of tools up by one as in 4 piece set becomes 5 piece set! I have Bosch 18volt Li-ion tools but no light but know some people that use the lights.

Guy

Yeah, I know. And we pay extra for the damn thing.
