A while back there was a news item about a Dave Matthews Band bus that dumped its BLACK tank on a 'grated' bridge in Chicago==turned out a tour boat was under that bridge at that most inopportune moment. The driver was fined 10 grand and given 18 months probation along with a bunch of community service (hopefully cleaning porta-johns and septic tanks).

Now we have another clueless bus driver, this one working for the DNC/Hillary campaign. Seems he thought dumping his tank in a storm sewer in Georgia would be just fine. Since it just happened we won't know the costs/punishment for a while, but a HazMat team was called in so that is probably not a small expense!

So, to all those contemplating an RV with grey and black water tanks....DO NOT DUMP ILLEGALLY....ya never know if someone's filming on their phone.

The threat of cell phone video doesn't even enter into it - it's just wrong and I would never, ever consider such a thing.  
I get pissed when people throw their cigarette butts in the street for crying out loud.  Sewage in the storm drain?  Hell no.
For the record, the bus driver works for the charter company, not the DNC/Hillary campaign.  Nice spin, though.

dumping your black tank illegally is one thing. what I see more often is the drain lines getting ripped off when driving off road, spilling their contents. I have seen this all to often. most RV's where not built for dirt roads. highdesertranger

My thought when I heard about the bus emptying in the storm sewer, I thought about Cousin Eddie in the "Christmas Vacation" movie. And, gee, if anyone knows the character that I am talking about, following his lead means you have just barely more intelligence than a turnip. Love the character and movie though.
