What did you do for yourself today?I sprayed fungicide on my fruit trees,hauled and stacked two small loads of firewood,and most importantly I installed beer holders in the boat.

I mowed early before the heat set in and late after the temps calmed a bit. I napped....a lot!

Work is a four letter word for me,but if I don't do something for at least an hour a day my back gets stiff and my knees and shoulder hurts.Plus the fact that a little work today improves my lifestyle in the future.

Added a shelf to the van, packed things away in preparation for summer wandering.

Then I put plans on hold when I discovered a false charge on my debit card. Got it cleared up with the bank, but now I have to wait for the new debit card to arrive.

Attend some friends (small number) cookout earlier Monday before it got into the 90's.  I've been working my butt off this past week to be ready for the holiday weekend. 

I have some painting to do later this morning and a lawnmower to work on.  It's rained so much the lawn is getting ahead of me.  The rain has been way too frequent and when it gets real hot in mid day I have to divide my work outside between early morning and late afternoon when it's cooler.

Today I washed the walls in the closet in one of the bedrooms - getting ready to paint it tomorrow (I hope).

Painted half my closet today. Decided to leave the rest for tomorrow, after the first part is well-dried and my energy returns. Filmed and edited a video for my Booktube channel.

I allowed myself the luxury of doing absolutely nothing but watch YouTube videos and read forum posts all day. 

I am a firm believer that I am under no obligation to live my life in a manner that will provide entertaining stories for other people.

Oh, I did get some video of a cute ground squirrel that had been munching grass outside my window all day. And I watched several different species of birds flying over the reservoir. Not sure what they are. Haven't bothered to look them up.

Yesterday, I went skinny-dipping in the daytime. So that was nice.
