&nbsp;. . .Super 8 in Ames, IA; was this little guy.<br>This is an excellent place for a stop over, BTW.<br>Their truck lot is behind the building and bordered on two sides by undeveloped tree's. Hard to find a better spot.<br>Oh BTW, I found my old camera in the trunk of my Mercedes when I was home last.<img src="https://vanlivingforum.com/images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif" align="absmiddle" border="0"><br><br>

So useful and so easy to misplace.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px;">I like the little turtle... My cat would freak out and want to play if he saw that critter.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px;">You made a good point about the parking lots, trees, etc.&nbsp; Some people say not to park at hotel parking lots but it's alwys worked well for me.&nbsp; There are often a lot of vehicles and only a couple of employees working - a formula for a free night's stay in the lot.&nbsp;&nbsp; <img src="/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle"></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><br>V.T.</p>
