Hello All - new to vanlife what is the best portable Internet to take with you?

What can you afford? My BEST portable internet is Starlink, which is $165 a month.

Need more info! Budget, how much data you use, where will you park, how much do you care about always having it, etc.

So far, no internet when parked has been working fine for me. If I get a signal I have 5GB on my phone, and in town I can get wifi.

Major Tom … what are you leaning towards using?

There really are not very many options. Budget is what drives most people’s choices.
Plus how much power you can supply to run devices. Power matters because of sometimes needing an antenna to boost signals be it a Starlink that is using a satellite or an antenna booster used for devices that get their signal from cellular towers.

The”best” choice is based on your very own specific circumstances, it is not based on random survey answers.
