Trade a 30lb propane tank for a 20lb pahrump area

I've a 30lb propane tank I bought (I think) last year, maybe two years ago. I'm currently in Pahrump NV area and looking to down grade to a 20lb tank propane tank. My trailer setup makes it impossible for me to lift a full 30lb tank into the compartment and I've found many fill stations aren't willing or not allowed to load it into the trailer. Tank is near empty at moment.
Anyone around Pahrump care to trade a similar certified timeline tank?
