allot of people turn their noses up when you say lamb.&nbsp; not me I am half basque.&nbsp; I am a sucker for leg of lamb or bbq lamb chops.&nbsp; ground lamb goes good in burgers or meatloaf.&nbsp; that stew looks good I will have to try it.&nbsp; highdesertranger

highdesertranger, I agree, Lamb gets a bad rap here in the USA with a lot of people. &nbsp;It is popular in many countries, Greece comes to mind, some of the best Lamb Lemonade Stew around! &nbsp;I am trying to find local producers of quality meat here in Central Kentucky! &nbsp;Can't wait to get some more!<br>-AK
