I seriously have a craving for taco salads now...      

Looks good...I often make large batches of taco meat and freeze it.. always great anytime.

Taco salad always brings back fond memories for me. My mom would make it once a month or so, and would call one of us kids in to stomp on the Doritos bag to crush the chips before sprinkling them onto the salad. Now they have tortilla strips in a bag at the grocery store, but that's no fun!

I’m not a vegetarian but I had box of fantastic worlds taco filling mix and it was REALLY GOOD. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated as its dehydrated.
I bought it at dillons/Safeway for $3
