In 1972 I bought a new E150 Econoline cargo van. I lived in that van for 3 years. Long before many of you were born, lol. One of my favorite meals was to take a sweet potato, wash in cold water. Rub with butter and wrap in the tin foil you have left over from making your tin foil hat. Put in the coals of your campfire for an hour or so. Split open, throw in brown sugar and butter, more the better, and experience heaven. A large sweet potato and couple of brandys and you are good to go!

Sounds very tasty indeed... And me a brandy fan also... were we separated at birth...???

Who knows? Maybe we went to different schools together!

Posted four times, laughing, calm down, take it easy.
I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as I do!
Thankfully, I didn't do that with Amazon.com the other day... They would have been happy though.

VT
