And I'm just the opposite of Mr. Noodly!
I stand in the van for lots of things. I'm only 5' tall but having full standing height was one of the 'must-haves' for living on the road full-time.
I stand to cook meals, wash dishes, get things from the fridge,freezer, dress and undress, etc. etc. etc.
Heck I've even been known to stand in the open floor space and dance to some tunes when I've been stuck indoors due to bad weather. And no, given my travel restrictions (6 months on Canada..sigh), there are some times where pissy weather day after day, cannot simply be avoided by moving somewhere else.
I wouldn't be without full standing height, ever!
And yes, years ago, I had vans that didn't have the high top and I lived in them full-time so I know what it's like...won't do it!
