A ton of fox, coyote and raccoons with distemper, rabies, mange in areas where they are have been protected, displaced or not let man and nature take its course. I spent a late spring and summer with a family of fox. Watched the dad die of mange and the mother ran over by a car. The pups were fine and old enough, based on the age of a pup times 2. Canines disperse in the fall. So a pup learns everything it needs to in about 4 months.

Raccoons and skunks with rabies....horrible way to see something so beautiful go to waste. Deer with EHD. Beaver kits starving and eating or trying to eat.

Nature is beautiful........yet vary harsh. It knows best and is a good teacher. The over crowding of critters reminds me of earth in general. Only on a small scale. Sure there is plenty of land that is barren, (lets hope it stays that way) but the crowding. I tree can only support so many critters, so do the cities/towns.

When you have to bus is needed items than you have problems. Critters either die in one form or another or they move. People don't have that option, or so we think.
