Its hard to say on a price. The condition of the of appliances wouldn't worry me.
If there's been any water intrusion into the walls, floor and/or ceiling, that would concern me more. If there's any sign of water damage, inspect closely and be prepared to walk away.
I use a moisture meter on my camper around the windows, doors and roof seams, from time-t-time, to check for leaks.

Evidently not too many are familiar with this brand??
If you "google", you'll find quite a bite of info on them at different websites. On older units, it is not so much the manufacturer but the actual condition of the unit. There appears to still be a lot of these around. I understand from what I read that they are wood framed so you would want to check for any possible rot or water intrusion. The best I can remember, in their day, they were decent units.
