I have a 2013 Ford Transit Connect.  I would like to get some kind of screen room that would either attach or snugly fit against the side of the van & also have a secondary door for exit.  I can't seem to find such a thing online.  Most want to attach to a hatchback, not a side sliding door.  Anybody have any suggestions?

You may have to purchase a suitable Screen Room (a Dining Fly Tent with screen enclosure)  and take it to a
Tent and Awning business where you could set this up and pull the Van up next to it.

They would have to produce a small extension from one side to the Vans side door and sew magnetic strips
into those seams so that it can be attached to the Van.  One of the other panels would likely have a long
zipper for an opening

This may also require some mechanical connections in the event of winds etc.

If I were going to do this, I'd get a quality screened tent-room as there will be some expense to
have this done.

The modifications may not take much. but you would want a screened tent that would last as long as the materials used in making he adaptation.

you could put a van awning on. make sure you get one that has screen room. they are pricy. highdesertranger
