Is there a map available showcasing specific "RV zoned" or permanent RV Living Compatible properties for sale, similar to the pockets of freedom map.
("search" Mike Reynolds pockets of freedom map).

My struggle trying to find an rv friendly property has been a horrifying nightmare of an experience however, CRVL has given me much hope over the past 5 years of relentless solution seeking.

If a map of this nature does not exist then the community here would be the starting point for getting one started.
With the nomad community growing at such an impressive pace one could assume the need for rv friendly properties has also increased.

Map criteria:
1. RV Zoned "Full Time Living"
2. Buy Now option with clear title and an insurable Warranty deed
3. Clickable location information
4. Dedicated Website

Side Note 1:
Buy now properties are available however, the time involved in the due diligence process is excruciatingly ridiculous and unreliable. We need pros like the people in this community who understand the needs of modern nomads! For instance if I owned an rv friendly property I could potentially simply use it for a large garden to be used by the owner/community or a long term "situational precaution" or simply a long term camp.

Side Note 2: If enough capital was raised the community may be able to create a "Profit Sharing" group, all profit is shared throughout contributing members.

If it could be this simple more people could be living the RV Dream!

Just noticed, you are new. Why don't you mosey over to the newcomers corner and introduce yourself?

When buying property, always use a title company, even if it is a buy now property. They will do the title searches and guarantee the title. Worth every dime.

You could build a website to sell RV friendly property. Promote it far and wide to all who have RV friendly property to sell. Everybody wants somebody else to do the work. That is the problem.

"The potential to create an economic environment focused on the nomadic movement/community" appears to be what I should have entitled the post. LOL

I agree "always use a title company" however, if the property was guaranteed clear title by a title agency pre-sale, the title work would already be done pre-purchase. A sign and go process. Negating time and money loss.

Good idea............ Maybe the entire nomadic movement could benefit from a community based platform that affords the wondering soul a couple of fail safes. Think Community Centered Economics and the profit sharing economy for the modern nomad.

It takes a village and as I see it, Mr Wells has created quite an amazing village. GO RTR!!!!!

In the guidelines it said I could only post once a day.... I guess I should mosey on over and introduce myself.

Oh about that map..... although I appreciate your insightful and meaningful comments, does an RV friendly living/long term camping map exist?
If not we should create one as a village.

AFAIK, no, no such map has been posted about here or exists. That is why I suggested you start the website.

IMHO people's wants/needs vary so much and demand for buying land among the CRVL community is low enough this is not practical. You have to look into state, county, and local regulations and keep up with the changes. There have been several threads looking at specific areas, mostly AZ and NV.

A title company does not guarantee a clean title. They only guarantee there are no liens or encumbrances registered and the taxes are paid up.Any problems that are not registered on the deed are not covered. The first acreage that I bought many years ago,I went through a title company.Cost me $400 and that was a long time ago.I have always used a lawyer or para -legal since.I bought a piece of property a couple of years ago and used a para-legal.Cost me $125.Of course, one could always just go to the courthouse and check the deed.
