Renogy Panels

Was about to buy 4 new Renogy panels on ebay,when I happened to notice they only weigh 16.5 lbs.This is quite a bit lower than most other panels.I couldn't find any info about the safety glass thickness.Is it thinner than other panels?Are the cells themselves thinner?Maybe I'll hold off until I get more information.

It has a 3.2mm tempered glass panel on the top.  They are lighter than others by design.
