For those van builders with fixed panels (+air gap) above their roof, this might be an interesting option. A clever tie-in with a max air roof fan could supply the cooling--with the heated exhaust air either rejected (outside) or vented (inside) for partial van heating. Even if the heat isn't utilized, the gain in panel efficiency...and a cooler roof might be worth the trouble.
