Prescriptions?

I'm taking something that is a controlled substance, and I am a little concerned about being able to get my script filled while traveling. My doctor said she will try to get me on a bigger bottle so I only need to get it refilled every 3 months, but I am still worried about having to have it sent to a different pharmacy every time (I use Walgreens). I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem. Just wondering how other people deal with this?

Feds are cracking down on the legal heavy duty pain meds like the oxies. My friend has to go once a month for a doctors visit to get the script, and the script can not be called in. The pharmacy wants the paper script. You could probably go into Mexico and get 6 months supply for a fraction of the cost.
