Potential van owner

We are looking at a conversion van tonight that looks like a sweet  deal.  We live here in Seattle and are looking to move out due to high rents and the crazy pace of life. My question would be is there someone familiar with enough with Seattle that would be able to make any suggestions or recommendations for being able to temporarily Parker moving in about a month . This way we can finish up our last-minute business here in Seattle and completely moved into this van . Some camping gear is included with the price of this particular van , so moving into it will not be very difficult to do. Any ideas suggestions recommendations would be very helpful and much appreciated .

Sadly, the van was sold before we had a chance to look at it. We are still on the look out for one. If anyone knows or hears about one coming up for sale in the Seattle area. Looking around the price of 5k. It would be much appreciated!!
