Well, I guess it makes sense. Parking at the long term lot at the airport overnight is legal and only 7 bucks, so it is no surprise that someone is doing it. Saw it myself when I landed Friday night and went to get my car. Solar panels, blackout curtains, engine idling, Late at night.
