I like to buy organically grown food and think this will be very challenging on the road. Are there any options in Quartzsite?

Every supermarket I have shopped has organic stuff. Even Walmart. I buy some when ever I can to encourage the stores to expand the offerings. This is nationwide, but I bet Q has stuff.

Actually Q doesn't have any place with organic.  There are two general stores/grocery stores in town but they are very, very small and expensive. There is also a  couple of Dollar stores and a damaged package goods store (at one of the flea markets.

Blythe CA is only 20 miles down I 10 from Q. Both Smart & Final and Albertsons have good organic produce sections there. I also take advantage of the cheaper showers and free water in Ehrenberg while I'm passing through...make one day of all my errands and be done with it!

If you eat only fresh food and/or organic you'll definitely want to make the run to Blythe but you can always team up with some new friends and make an excursion of it.

We always stock up before we go to Quartzsite and then make a run to Blythe to resupply.
Buying organic on the road ranges from super easy to very challenging. Some areas of the country have no organic food at all. The midwest and rural areas are particularly difficult so check the grocery store choices while you're planning your trips. Stock up on your favorite foods because they may not be available everywhere.
