The first place you can do due diligence is on your computer, it only takes a few seconds. Of course you could have taken those few seconds for this type of due diligence, quick and easy research before you posted the link. Well young guys do get themselves into trouble, up to you if you want to deal with them...or not.

This is an image of the realtor from a website where it shows this guy who looks very clean cut and professional. Maybe he is all of that.

This is an arrest mug shot of what appears to be very same guy, matching hairline, matching face shape, matching name and of similar age. Obviously has some issues as this is the second arrest.

That area can be a bit like "the wild west frontier." Stores and civilization are at a driving distance...lots of dirt roads. Still, it is a lovely slice of nature. Luckily, I have relatives there and visit often. I plan to include it in my future snow birding agenda.

His realtor pics shows he's gained a lil weight. Maybe he's snapped out of it.
