Nomad Newbie Buys a Step Van

Hi everyone, 
My name is Callum. I'm flying to Vancouver on Friday to pick up the keys to my 1991 GMC Grumman step van! The previous owner converted it so it comes with a wood stove. That might be all I keep though as the current set up isn't exactly pretty. I'm very excited to be taking my first steps towards nomadism!

  Hello and Welcome.  I think it's nice to have a woodstove in whatever a person calls home.  I can think of nothing as comforting as falling to sleep with the sight and smell of a wood fire.

A few of you asked for pictures of the van's current interior. These are from the Craigslist ad. The floors look very nice, but the overall aesthetic is a little bit too "basement suite" for me. It will be nice to not have to buy everything all at once. I can do the necessary changes first, then do larger (see expensive) things as the money comes in.
