Welcome djlcapecod. “Minimum camping experience” - l would recommend changing that as soon as possible. Get ready this spring to get out even before it gets to traditional camping weather. Start with a weekend and increase the time you’ll be amazed at what you learn. Mainly you will learn whether you’d like it or not.

Welcome to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the CRVL Forum   :)

There are two links at the bottom.  One is for converting Vans, Trailers,  etc to go on the road.
The other is a portal of info that will do the rest when planning from home or once out on the road.
It was created for the safety, comfort, and convenience of anyone looking to go on the road as
a nomad.

When I got my first rig my father gave me his copy of this:

The Campers Bible a handbook of camping methods
