Hello, all.

I'm here to learn about RV living from you all, though I have no immediate plans to live full time in one. For me, RV living is a backup plan (in case I suddenly/unexpectedly need to put a roof over my family's head) and a future retirement plan.

(I should mention I've got a wife, 3 children, and 1 mother-in-law to care for)

I am striving to purchase an inexpensive piece of land, so I have a "home base" to park my RV on.

When it's time to retire, I'd like to be able to sell the house and live in an RV on the property. Or, if hard times hit and I lose my home, I'd like an option that doesn't involve living on the street.

Till then, the RV & land will be for family camping trips.

Thank you for the welcome. I've been reading the posts. Looks like there are a few preppers/survivalists in here. Cool.

I think I'll be able to contribute a little, and learn a lot.
