Greetings Mr. Wells and community, I am new here, although I have been watching videos for a while. Last May I sold my home and most of my belongings. I am trying hard to save for a small RV to live and travel in. I am a 56 year old woman based in South Florida. Although I struggle to live with chronic pain and chronic illnesses, I have a zest for life. I love learning all that I can about living in an RV. Mr. Wells, bravo to you for calming my fears and for doing all that you do.
Sincerely, Ms D.

Welcome to the forum MsD.... it's great to have you here with us.

Welcome MSD. I’m from Pennsylvania but right now I’m in South Florida about 20 miles from Sarasota in citrus and cattle country, beautiful place. Thankfully I have friends of friends who I’m staying with actually in my van on their property. I found that your Florida Interstate rest stopsare friendly for overnights and Cracker Barrel’s have been great. One Walmart manager didn’t mind me staying because I explained some circumstances like I’m not able to drive after dark. I making reservations for some water management area in the Everglades in January. They are calling for 6 to 10 inches of snow in Pennsylvania in the next couple of days and I am happy to be here in South Florida taking pictures of birds. God bless the nomads each and everyone.
