We have a cat that is 17 yrs old. Not good for mousing, unless we are camping then she seems to think they are fair game.
We used to do a lot of boondocking near Spruce Knob, WV and when we were driving our ''88 Suburban, we left the camp site, and going down the road, a mouse would crawl up on the hood, and finally dive off. LOL
It never failed when we drove that one certain vehicle, also the cat was at home at the same time, so she wasn't there to clear them out.
Now here at home, I guess her food is more appealing to her than the mice as we have mice in our house, periodically but I just reset my traps with new Peanut Butter and hide them in the cabinets away from the pets and no mice, and the cat eats her food.
