As long as duty cycle remains below 50% the slower the rpm the more efficient. Higher speeds equal quicker cool down and higher amp draw. Yes shorter run times too.
The noctua pushing upgrade alone shortened run times on mine. With extra insulation i just removed the resistor. Duty cycle rarely exceeds 25%.
Same size truckfridge as mine uses no resistor. And uses a poorly fitted 92 mm fan on condenser instead of 120mm covering whole condenser.
I could.return resistor easily enough. But no need. Now if i were to load it full of warm foodstuffs. Higher compressor speeds.would cool them faster. Especially since i added internal fan.
