Looking for a place to overnight in Tulsa

Hello Everyone!

I need to be in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area for about three days in about a week and would like to know if anyone can recommend a place(s) to over night in a van.

I didn't stay in Tulsa (I went to OKC instead), but back when I was looking at it, there were a few Cracker Barrels there that are OK to overnight in, and the 24-hour Walmarts were OK for overnighting too.

Bounce from one to the other, and you oughtta be fine.

Thanks for the input Lenny.  I grew up not too far from Tulsa so I am somewhat familiar with the area and also familiar with some of its bad reputation, hence my concern.  I know that there is a Flying J in the area somewhere as well so I may try and bounce between places just as you suggested.

"Bad reputation"? P-shaw: I've stayed in Trenton NJ, and Baltimore MD. After THAT, every place looks better.

(Apologies to Trenton and Baltimore--there were actually some cool things to see there and I had a good time in each.)

Another suggestion is the casino south of Tulsa - http://www.casinocamper.com/oklahoma/river-spirit-casino
 Good security of you're worried about that. You can get on the bike trail that goes all the way to the city from the casino parking lot.

I have stayed at the Hard Rock a couple of times.
Security made regular rounds and they have lots of good food and music.
