Living in a Truck

Have not posted in a while as my plans changed with the campervan Which i still have.<br> but for the last &nbsp;few weeks I have been living in my truck Dodge Dakota 4 seater with the passenger seat removed&nbsp;<br>i am 5-8 and can sleep stretched out just with an inch or so to spare ,I tried sleeping in the back seats but there is bo way i could lay out flat and got cramp on a number of occasions .<br>having a canopy also helps as i can store daily stuff in there under a tarp .<br>close to where i park of an evening is a guy in an older truck sleeping across the front seat as its a bench it probably works better than sleeping in truck bed which has no cover .<br><br>Guess i was writing this to say if your considering a truck to live in look at the midsize cab types that have more room&nbsp;<br>as an aside lots of people i know never even noticed that my passenger seat was missing till i told them<br>if i park closer in than my rural area i usually pull up and sit for a while if no one is around i just slide over as my bedding just unfolds and i am well below window sight .

Each truck is different. I have an F150 with an &nbsp;extended cab. It has quite a bit of room in the backseat area. I filled the floor space with pillows, blankets, off season clothes, to bring it level with the backseat. I'm your height too. It's really very comfy. More so than some beds I've slept in! Being in the back area is pretty stealth too.

<p>As far as I'm concerned, I think that (for me at least) having an extended cab pickup truck can be more stealthy than a car, or an SUV.&nbsp;<img src="/images/boards/smilies/sneaky.gif" class="emoticon bbc_img"></p><p>Plus, you can have adequate ventilation with a sliding rear-window. Why not add a sunroof while yer' at it?&nbsp;</p><p>Are you an urban truck-dweller???&nbsp;</p>

yes very i have had two both from new&nbsp;<br>the quad cab has the most room and you can get good mileage relativly18/22

I gave my son my older dodge Dakota&nbsp;1999 it is still running strong and I put lots of miles on it and he is 19 so being gentle is not happening.&nbsp; Good truck.
