Hi to everyone,

Full time nomadic and have been for several years. I hang out in Nevada full time and currently close to Christmas tree pass road if I can be of assistance.

I'm looking to build a small tribe out here and currently alone so if anyone in the area needs to find some areas to camp in or some one to hang out  with let me know.

For all those nervous and new, stick with Bob's videos and study as much as possible, you can make it!!

Peace to all.
I'm Brandon, by the way..

Well, howdy and welcome to the forums. One of the moderators will be along shortly to give you the official greeting, but in the meantime, look over the Tips & Tricks thread for and particulars on our forum protocols.

I was living on my sailboat, had to sell it back in January, getting too old to sail her and have health issues. I also have a 16-year old special needs, autistic daughter I travel with, so yeah, I'm looking for a tribe or group to be with or near. She and I have financial means as in SSI and SS retirement, and I have many useful skills. Given my situation, I'm looking at a modified class C rig with a lot of solar. I'm hoping to get rolling late spring or wait until fall. It depends when I can get it all rigged and paid for in the end game. I might even wait until the fall because I hate traveling across West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada during the summer. It's brutal punishment on your heavily loaded vehicle.

Very cool, thank you for the the knowledge!!

Sounds like you have a good game plan. Solar is absolutely worth it.

I home built a camper on a dodge ram and drag a small trailer with a quad and it works well in the back country, although building a camper is not for everyone... fyi..

There is a lot of areas for class Cs out here, once you learn some areas you will start to feel comfortable on the road.

Me too on the SSI, my military injury has caught up with me and I can't afford rent and Dr. bill's so I got rid of the rent..
Let me know when ya get on the road, my gut feeling tells me when to hit the road, you will know too.

Peace.

Welcome to the CRVL forums Brandon!
