I think I spotted the problem.  Third cable near the middle is in the wrong socket.

At work we hated when all the wires were the same color and the little number stickers were falling off. But that is what the control room had for wiring.

That listed used wire was interesting. My equipment was custom stuff and the contractors did quality work. But the little labels still fall off.

They have plastic clip on markers.  Someone must have had the same problem, and came up with a solution.
