Welcome to the forum Psyckosama. That’s quite a name you chose in for yourself I used to be schizophrenic but we are all right now. My original rig was a safari which is the same as your Astro. Two things I wish I had that I didn’t the all wheel drive and the cafe doors in the rear. That small space was doable when I was healthier. One thing I did not like about that vehicle Was that the mpg wasn’t any better than a full size van. I part timed in that vehicle for 12 years putting over 150,000 miles on it. I had bought it used so it ended up with 300,000. The engine ran great when the thing was rusted out so bad underneath I had to junk it. So welcome to the club hope you enjoy your build, share with us how it’s going and will see you on the road.

It's funny. I have an AWD with the Dutch style doors... and my largest immediate concern right now is treating the undercarriage rust.
